AI Assistant

In order to continually improve functionality and user experience, the AI Assistant records and stores interaction logs. These logs include data that can be linked back to individual users, and are used exclusively for the purposes of enhancing service quality and user support. We take stringent measures to protect and secure these logs, ensuring they are used responsibly and in accordance with our privacy commitments. We want you to be aware that your interactions with the AI Assistant are used constructively to improve your experience and the overall effectiveness of our service.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will never sell or rent User Data to anyone without their consent. By continuing to use the service you consent that your personal information may be shared with:  

  • Payment Processors: We use third-party services like Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
  • Service Providers: To facilitate our service; to provide the service on our behalf; to perform service-related services; or to assist us in analysing how our service is used.
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
